Mission Statement

Baseball U Long Island gives middle and high school players a program built on elite training, real player development, and high-level competition. We prepare players to succeed on their school and travel teams, and to be recruit-ready and confident when it's time to pursue college baseball.

What We Stand For

• Development first. Individual instruction in hitting, pitching, catching and defense, with video and Rapsodo feedback so every player knows what to work on and why.
• Competing at a high level. Our teams play strong competition so players learn to perform under pressure.
• The path to college. We help players and families understand the recruiting process and get ready for the next level.
• More than baseball. We expect work ethic, accountability, good grades and being a great teammate, on and off the field.
