Fall Middle School Development Program
For all players entering 7th & 8th graders in Fall 2024
Dates: September 3rd 2024 through October 24th (Four (4) times per week 32 total sessions)
Tuesdays – Pitching, Catching and Hitting Practice
Wednesdays – Fielding (Live situational development)
Thursdays – Strength & Conditioning
Weekends – Team games or tournaments.
